Dr. Laura A. Ramirez graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1990. She moved to Vermont in 1991 and opened her general chiropractic practice in Burlington, Vermont. In 2008, she opened the Spinal Care and Decompression Center in South Burlington, Vermont. She continues to maintain both practices. |

Lone P. Barlous, P.T. has lived in Vermont for ten years and has focused her work on rehabilitation of lower back injury. She received her authorization as a Physiotherapist from Esbjerg Fysioterapeut skole in Esbjerg, Denmark in 1997. She worked in the universal health care system in Denmark, then moved to Vermont with her husband and three children. Lone enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking. |

Heather L. Berg, P.T. graduated with honors from the University of Vermont with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. She has worked in the Burlington area since and has practiced in a variety of settings including acute care, rehab, aquatic PT and general outpatient orthopedics. For the past 8 years she has specialized in conservative spinal care and chronic pain management. Heather has special certification as a strength trainer through the International Weight Lifting Association and as an ergonomic assessment specialist through the Back School of Atlanta. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people recover fully from injury or illness and providing them with the tools to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Outside of work she enjoys running, weight lifting, sailing and travel. |
