Dr. Laura A. Ramirez, Chiropractor

Dr. Laura A. Ramirez graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1990. She moved to Vermont in 1991 and opened her general chiropractic practice in Burlington, Vermont. In 2008, she opened the Spinal Care and Decompression Center in South Burlington, Vermont. She continues to maintain both practices. |
Dr. Sarah Girrell Paquette, Chiropractor

Dr. Sarah Girrell Paquette is a 2009 alumna of New York Chiropractic College. A native Vermonter, Dr. Sarah has advanced training in sports medicine and rehab including ROCK Taping technique, women’s health, pregnancy and pediatric care, ergonomic assessment, myofascial release and soft tissue therapies. A former competitive athlete, Dr. Sarah enjoys photography, art and writing as well as hiking, gardening and travel. |
Heather L. Berg, Physical Therapist

Heather L. Berg, P.T. graduated with honors from the University of Vermont with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1995. She has worked in the Burlington area since and has practiced in a variety of settings including acute care, rehab, aquatic PT and general outpatient orthopedics. For the past 8 years she has specialized in conservative spinal care and chronic pain management. Heather has special certification as a strength trainer through the International Weight Lifting Association and as an ergonomic assessment specialist through the Back School of Atlanta. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people recover fully from injury or illness and providing them with the tools to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Outside of work she enjoys running, weight lifting, sailing and travel. |
Dr. Kevin M. Duniho, Physical Therapist

Dr. Kevin M. Duniho has maintained a lifelong devotion to understanding the human body. Before completing his doctoral training at the University of Vermont in 2011 Dr. Kevin was a massage therapist for 13 years. He has a great interest in endurance sports and has won multiple state championships in cycling and nordic skiing. |
