A waitress…found anecdotally that smiling consistently resulted in better tips than flirting, efficiency, or “getting dolled up”. What’s more, she said that it made her happier, that even when she started out forcing a smile, it quickly became genuine.

What’s That Tape Stuff: KinesioTape and RockTape
