Here’s a small list of some of our most frequently asked questions:
- Do you accept my insurance? We accept most major insurance policies including Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, Vermont Managed Care, CBA, MVP, Great West, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid and VHAP.
- Do I need a referral? Most insurance policies do not require a referral prior to treatment, however, it is best to contact your insurance provider’s customer services to find out for sure.
- Will I be treated on my first visit? Everybody and every body is different. Each patient is thoroughly assessed on their first visit and every effort to improve your comfort is made.
- How long will my visit take? Because of the thorough exam and time spent reviewing your medical history, the first visit is usually 60 to 90 minutes. Regular follow-up visits are usually 30 to 60 minutes depending upon your treatment plan. Additional 30 minute massages may be scheduled ahead of time in addition to your treatment.
